Dell recovery menu options not translatable

Unfortunately grub doesn't support translations. Grub2 does, but it's
not in Ubuntu by default.

Does usplash support translations? (it's the other piece)

Oh... I thought it was based on Ubiquity or the installer part. I'm
referring to this strings in particular:

At step number 5 of "Reinstalling from DVD disc". It would be great even
if the "warining" messages could be translatable though...

The warning message does indeed come in usplash. So, if translation is
supported at all there, would love to get it included.

As for the CD menu you are referring to, where do those strings need to
be submitted to? We will only have one delta in strings for the future,
so it would be good to add it to the source so it's in 9.04 etc.

I doubt they're supported, but will take a deeper look.

For the CD menu strings I think they should be in the
gfxboot-theme-ubuntu [1] package, if that menu is based on the normal
Ubuntu installation system.
