Please merge firebug 1.2.1 (universe) from Debian unstable

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firebug

Debian has version 1.2.1 in unstable, when we have a non debian based, old version in Ubuntu.
We should merge back the newer Debian version to have a better and easier maintenance.

The version in Ubuntu is so old that it doesn't make any sense to make the debdiff between the 2 ubuntu versions
