Bug Description
There is no point in having separate "Summary" and "Description" fields for a distribution, for a distribution series, for a project, or for a project group. They should be merged into a single "Description" field. Existing summaries can be prepended to the description.

An alternative approach would be to shorten the existing Summary field to a maximum of ~100 characters, so that it can be presented as a subtitle on the project's Overview page, and included unabbreviated in search results.
