FeatureFreezeException: Please update sivp 0.5.0 from REVU

Also there have not been made any ubuntu specific changes in the
version of the ubuntu repositories that would have been to be merged.

hm... the package on revu doesn't seem to match svn (or does it)? I'm a little bit confused that there's only one changelog entry in the package on revu.

Basically if we've got scilab in, we should get sivp in, too.

I think laserjock was looking after these.

To make REVU easier this is the debdiff from the debian sivp (0.5.0-1) package to my package.

Most entries in the diff come from the .svn directory that is in the debian package.

@StefanPotyra: The debian directory is from the current svn in debian-science.
There is only one entry in changelog because it is told so in the checklist for REVU.

BTW: The sivp 0.5.0 package has a build dependecy on scilab-doc (>= 5.0).
So scilab has to be in jaunty before this package can be built.

Oh, and forget the checklist for package *updates*, there should be all the previous entries still in changelog (otherwise it would be a pretty useless changelog, wouldn't it ;)).

@Scott: are you sure that Jordan handles these? (He doesn't seem to be subscribed?)

That's only relevant for new packages. If the package has a history in
Debian, that should be preserved.

Laserjock was looking at Scilab with his Edubuntu hat on. It's probably a
good idea to subscribe him to any related bugs.

I have updated the package because the were som bugs in postinst and prerm scripts.

The new package is again uploaded to revu [1] and now ready for upload to jaunty.
I already tested the package in jaunty and it is working. The sivp package
can be loaded inside of scilab. Installation and removal also works great.

I have attached the new debdiff which shows the differences from the debian package (0.5.0-1) [2] to
my package [1].
The most entries again come from the useless .svn directory which is inside the debian sources.

I want to repeat that this package requires scilab-5.1 to compile.

Scilab 5 is now in jaunty.

So the package from REVU can be put into the queue.

0.5.0-0ubuntu1 is lower than 0.5.0-1, I'd suggest to use 0.5.0-1ubuntu1 instead.
