oem-config-prepare doesn't show in the netbook remix or mid menus

Bug Description

Binary package hint: oem-config

When performing an OEM installation of Ubuntu MID or Ubuntu Netbook, oem-config-prepare must be run manually from the command line. The means of running this should appear prominently in the interface.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
