I tried to install the package "deskbar-applet-dbg", both situations ("Synaptic" rather "sudo apt-get install deskbar-applet-dbg ") with the same result:

According to the changelog for pygtk 2.13.0-2ubuntu1 at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pygtk/, python-glade2-dbg has been subsumed by python-gtk2-dbg, so I think the only fix that's needed is to remove that dependency for deskbar-applet-dbg. Attached is a debdiff that does so.

This bug was fixed in the package deskbar-applet - 2.25.92-0ubuntu2
