searching for 'needs info' bugs only yields all bug states

Hm, this seems to work fine for the distro search, but not in the
personal reports. I'll have to look into this soon, but I'm not sure
how much time I'll have to work on it while I'm at the London sprint,
starting Monday.

This seems to be broken for other searches as well, eg https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/f-spot/+bugs?search=Search&field.status=Unconfirmed&field.status=Confirmed&field.status=In+Progress&field.status=Needs+Info&field.unassigned=on shows all the open bugs on f-spot, rather than the unassigned ones, and the same behaviour is exhibited on https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+bugs
