Check this shit out:

'as' is a keyword now i guess which causes this clash....

This bug was fixed in the package ruledispatch - 0.5a.svn20080510-3ubuntu2

  * Renamed dispatch.as to dispatch.dispatch_as because 'as' is python
    keyword (LP: #342916).
