[Python2.6 transition] setools needs to be adapted to use python2.6 instead of python2.5

Binary package hint: setools

Hi,

When rebuilding setools in Jaunty, I'm getting an error, because package is still looking for files in site-packages.
It needs to be adapted to look for files in dist-packages.
