[Python2.6 transition] python-playerc can not be installed because it depends on python (<< 2.6) and it needs to be rebuilt

Bug Description

Hi,

python-playerc can not be installed because it depends on python (<< 2.6). It needs to be adapted and rebuilt to be installable.

Debdiff with the fix to take into account dist-packages in install file, and patch to pass --install-layout=deb parameter to setup.py

    --install-layout=deb parameter to setup.py call
