When you disable WiFi on NetworManager you disable it FOREVER you cannot restore it

Bug Description

This is a logic bug, no crash !!
I disabled for mistake the Wireless suport on networkmanger (the icon top right of the toolbar) AND WiFi supprt dispavered forever, There is no way (also configuring /etc/network/interfaces) to restore it !!!

I think that NetworkManager has very few way to configure it !!

most likely a driver issue. Anyway, we need a bunch of more information, that would get automatically attached if you file your bug using:

 ubuntu-bug network-manager

from the command line. Can you please do that?
