Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
While installing 9.04 beta I noticed that in the partitioning section it says "Install them side by side, choosing between them each startup" notice the missing "at" between "each ... startup"

That's not a mistake: "choosing between them each startup" is a perfectly valid contraction of "choosing between them at each startup".
