No breadcrumbs on spec pages

Bug Description

The spec pages have no hierarchy links on them. They should say:

Launchpad or
LP > Distributions > Ubuntu

This is a matter of adding breadcrumb methods to the relevant Navigation classes, which should be fairly easy.

you'll see that both pages do have breadcrumbs. I'm rejecting this report based on that; please reopen if you have more information to add clarifying it.
