tail /var/log/messages spat out the following for me (what ever it means)

kernel: [ 964.125089] nautilus[3330]: segfault at 4 ip 0807a21f sp bff64820 error 4 in nautilus[8048000+1bf000]

Same Problem with nautilus 1:2.28.1-0ubuntu3 installed:

Nautilus get an segfault on opening of the preferences dialog:

ros@ros-laptop:/mnt/img/home/ros$ tail /var/log/messages |grep nautilus
Feb 11 09:40:32 ros-laptop kernel: [ 5669.107221] nautilus[5048]: segfault at 4 ip 050a8fb0 sp bfff4b80 error 4 in libpython2.6.so.1.0[5038000+1ef000]

May bee this is an new bug or the same.

Ubuntu 10.04, Nautilus 2.30.1

Nautilus crashes on me from time to time when doing file properties. This is thelst one, in /var/log/messages:

I can't open nautilus at all.

After I call nautilus on the terminal, I get this line at /var/log/messages

$ tail -f /var/log/messages

I don't know the relation but today it's working fine, Ubuntu did a disk verification at boot and now I can open Nautilus without any problem.

It seems this bug has reappeared.
Using Ubuntu 10.04 (fully updated, just rebooted).

Nautilus crashes (no error messages) when trying to open Properties for a .xm file (FastTracker II audio).
