Use new features of mozilla-devscripts 0.14/0.15
- move ${xpi:Depends} to recommends.

this is a karmic extension cleanup effort i am doing after discussing with asac

The package in Debian unstable has nothing in common with the Ubuntu package.

I'm Not sure why we have to. I didnt package it. all I did was
modify it as bug states. If ours is better than we should ship
ours if not we can grab Debians and build our changes on that.
But i dont see why they "have" to be the same, until at the
time we sync. That is just my opinion on that.

well from what i saw on IRC this morning you will take care of
pushing to Sid? or at tleast waiting for sponsor?
We have no time restrictions on pushing to SId but we do in
Ubuntu, Anything you would like me to do this morning about it?
