initscripts 2.87dsf-4ubuntu3 upgrade does not delete old init.d scripts

<andersk> Is it known that the initscripts upgrade does not actually remove the old init.d scripts (see http://wiki.debian.org/DpkgConffileHandling )?
<Keybuk> andersk: yes, they're still there for now so it's possible to rescue things that way
