Bug Description

While installing kubuntu dapper (Kubuntu 6.06 LTS Beta 2) in my native tounge I got the string "Please wait".
I don't know where this came from but it might be related to bug 43383 which also is an untranslated string.

At what point did you see this untranslated string?

In general, untranslated strings are not subjects for bug reports unless they are untranslatable (translated into no language other than English). If we got a bug report for every untranslated string in every language, our bug tracking system would be totally unmanageable.

Right.
I won't report untranslated strings as bugs from now on.

I saw this during the install of dapper, the second part, after the reboot.

For untranslated strings, please see Rosetta, the Ubuntu translation service at https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+translations

There you can help translate Ubuntu into your native tongue.

I had a look at apt which should be responsible and it appear to be fully translated so I'll close this "bug".
