Thanks for your bugreport.

Can you reproduce this bug all the time? Or does it only happens sometimes? If you can reproduce it, could you please run software-center in a terminal window "software-store --debug" and attach the output to this bugreport?

Thanks for the additional information. I figured the problem out now, when the aptdaemon left the dbus the pending view would not reconnect. This is fixed now in bzr.
