Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

Going to Sustav -> Administracija -> Pomoć -> Dokumenatacija sustava (English: System -> Administration -> Help -> System dokumentation) shows yelp translated to Croatian with some categorys translated to Croatian. But it doesn't shows desktop guide in Croatian, but in English.

Desktop guide is translated and /usr/share/omf/desktopguide/desktopguide-hr.omf is on right location.

I can reproduce this bug. I don't think this is an ubuntu-docs bug,
which is why I asked Ante to file it on yelp. The other languages I've
tested (russian and italian) seem to work fine. Any ideas?

Thats the problem here. The scrollkeeper package doesn't contain an hr translation, so throws a hissy fit when confronted with Croatian documents and only allows English ones to be seen.

Daniel, could you fix that? it looks like you already did it for "pt" locale

Please remove debian/patches/09_enable_pt_locale.patch and add debian/patches/09_enable_pt_and_hr_locale.patch - try if this works for you and report ASAP.

The patch does the following:
 * add the missing locales mentioned in ( apt-cache search language-pack base | grep -vE "(gnome|kde)" | grep base | cut -d'-' -f3 | sort -u)
 * rename the patch (this makes the debdiff hard to read, but I felt it was better)
 * add a fake.po (empty), but the build relies on it.
 * symlink the "missing" *.po files to fake.po

   * debian/patches/09_enable_pt_locale.patch:
     - rename to debian/patches/09_add_missing_locales.patch.
     - add empty .po files for missing locales.
