want an easier way to open cwd

    I often start it from a terminal but it then seems overly hard to get
    to the branch I started in. Perhaps this is a nerdy use, but perhaps
    there could be an entry for the cwd under File somewhere, like
    'File|Likely locations|~/bzr/504102'

bzr explorer .

And yes, we can use cwd as starting location in branch open dialog. It should be easy.
