Binary package hint: rhythmbox

The rhythmbox backend documentation should be in a separate package. Not only it eats disk space, but pollutes DevHelp with unwanted information.

    - new version update
  * debian/rhythmbox-dev.install:
    - new binary shipping the include and api documentation (lp: #517675)
  * debian/rhythmbox-plugins.install:
    - lists the new mpris directory
  * debian/rules:
    - use --enable-vala
