Bug Description
I have a "various operations" journal with a check on "Ship 'Draft' state for created entries". Then I make an invoice and I'm willing to make a manual reconciliation. Taking this invoice and forcing reconciliation creates a 'write-off' entry. Normally this entry should have a 'valid' state instead of a 'Draft' one.

It means, in the journal, tic the "skip draft state" checkbox before doing this test.
