Cut does not work when Auto Filter applied

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new spreadsheet, add an auto filter and format the cells so they have some formatting (be it a border or alignment). Apply one of the filters so that some rows are hidden. If you cut, for example, rows 10 and 12 (with row 11 not shown as it has been filtered out), it will disappear from the filtered list. Removing the auto filter you will then see rows 10 11 and 12 still there but with no formatting.

The cutting of the hidden row should also not happen as this was the previous behaviour and has been fixed in version 2.0 (definitely 2.0.2, possibly earlier). There are two other related issues to this:
