In rare cases, if the SC fails to export a volume, volume state is not correctly updated

The symptom is that the volume appears available even though export failed (for instance, if the Storage Controller network interface in the configuration was incorrect).

This bug was fixed in the package eucalyptus - 1.6.2-0ubuntu30
