Bug Description
Binary package hint: ureadahead
I've tried a lot of different installation scenarios today doing iso testing for the Beta2 release of Lucid and after each install the initial boot results in a very brief command prompt (TTY?) asking me to login. It's preceded by one line of text that I've not been able to read because I'm visually impaired and on the initial boot I've not had time to adjust fonts .
I can tell you that this only occurs on the initial boot after installing, subsequent boots perform as expected. I'm posting this after an initial boot to hopefully glean some useful info through apport. I can also tell you that if I do try to "login" while that appears nothing happens, that is keyboard input seems to be ignored and the gdm screen shows up as expected.
I feel this is poorly reported but it's the best I can do ATM.

Unsetting the package, this is almost certainly not a ureadahead bug.
When you're presented with this tty login, please log in and run 'sudo initctl list' and post the output here.
