Binary package hint: rekonq

Hello,

could you please provide rekonq as an alternative for x-www-browser?

A call to

update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/x-www-browser x-www-browser /usr/bin/rekonq <priority>

in post-inst should be enough.

  * Add cmake to build-dependencies as kdelibs5-dev no longer depends on it.
  * Register as x-www-browser alternative. (LP: #567211)
    - Add debian/rekonq.postinst and debian/rekonq.prerm
