[AD1980 - DoveDB] ALSA test tone not correctly played back

Bug Description

The codec settings (Volume, mute, etc) are not restored back after resuming from hibernate to the same values as before entering hibernate.
those settings are correctly restored after reboot or suspend (suspend to ram).

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
