make screenbin work with Lucid EC2 images

Bug Description
Lucid images in EC2 have stablized enough to update screenbin to work with them now.
Make a few changes to screenbin to get it working optimally with Lucid 10.04 images.

I just uploaded to the lucid queue an updated screenbin package that works really well with the current Lucid images in EC2. Subscribed MOTU-Release team for approval.
