It's not clear what the "41 days" means. Is it the period the spec has been assigned to Scott? Is it the period the spec has existed at all? One or two extra words would help here.

I think it's vestigial, there is a man_days estimate there that I have removed elsewhere from the interface, feel free to nuke it if that's what this is referring to.
