 The aim of cortina is to complete (or replace) the built-in GNOME desktop
 wallpapers selection tool. It run as a tray application. The bigest selling point of drapes is the ability to rotate
 wallpapers on a timely basis. It strives to be as simple as possible and
 fits in the rest of the GNOME 2 desktop.

The package including process of ubuntu is really sad, it only prevents new programmers from taking part in ubuntu and so it also declines new ideas to take place in ubuntu.
