sync zope packages

Please describe the Ubuntu changes you're overriding, so we don't have to check them all. Thank you.

The only packages with Ubuntu changes are:
 zope-extfile: Converted to using zope-debhelper & zope-common, python*-imaging dependencies fixed, all changes are done in Debian
 zope-textindexng2: Same conversion to zope-debhelper & zope-common, done in Debian
 zope-zms probably shouldn't be synced at the moment, a debian NMU introduced a bad dependency on zope 3.

OK, I've skipped zope-zms for now. Please file a new bug if you want that synced later. Also, zope2.8 is already at version 2.8.8-2, so nothing to sync.
