ofono should use upstart

Here's a patch which adds upstart support to ofono.

v2 of my patch, address comments sent to me privately:

o dbus is already started on local filesystems, "start on started dbus"
   is sufficient
o remove /etc/default/ofono, upstart scripts should not use it.
o verified that upstart has correct pid for ofonod

This bug was fixed in the package ofono - 0.26-0ubuntu2
