Bug Description

A page like <https://launchpad.net/products/firefox/+branches> contains the sentence: "We recommend you visit www.bazaar-vcs.org for more information about how you can use the Bazaar revision control system to improve community participation in this product."

This is false: www.bazaar-vcs.org contains no information at all on how you can use the Bazaar revision control system to improve community participation in this product.

This is in branchtarget-branchlisting.pt. Why show different text for person context and product context? It seems that these could be collapsed into a single description, perhaps just adding the URL to the existing description used for person context.

In branchtarget-branchlisting.pt, the paragraph is different for person and product because we want to display how the branches relate to the person, and use a different phrasing depending on the context.

The conditional part can certainly be reduced using <tal:something condition="..."> tags instead of putting the condition on the person.

I do not understand what "URL to the existing description used in person context" you are referring to.

shows Further Information which contains a link to www.bazaar-vcs.org. Looks good.
http://launchpad.dev/~ddaa/+branches
omits the Further Information section, so no link to www.bazaar-vcs.org.

For a product:
http://launchpad.dev/a52dec/+branchlisting
Shows the wrong statement originally reported, and Further Information which also contains a link to www.bazaar-vcs.org
http://launchpad.dev/a52dec/+branches

Need to determine why Further Information is never shown on the +branches pages, and whether that is deliberate.
