Binary package hint: unity

with unity 0.2.18:

if you click on "add to launcher" to a new item, it isn't replaced with "remove from launcher", even if this is effectively present even if the application is closed.

I don't see added launchers after I restart the session, and .xsession-errors suggests a problem when saving a launcher (which would explain why there's no "Remove from launcher"):

libunity-WARNING **: unity-favorites.vala:197: GConf string lookup failed: Bad key or directory name: "/desktop/unity/launcher/favorites//desktop_file": Can't have two slashes '/' in a row

libunity-WARNING **: unity-favorites.vala:197: GConf string lookup failed: Bad key or directory name: "/desktop/unity/launcher/favorites//desktop_file": Can't have two slashes '/' in a row

libunity-WARNING **: unity-favorites.vala:210: GConf string setting failed: Bad key or directory name: "/desktop/unity/launcher/favorites//type": Can't have two slashes '/' in a row

libunity-WARNING **: unity-favorites.vala:210: GConf string setting failed: Bad key or directory name: "/desktop/unity/launcher/favorites//desktop_file": Can't have two slashes '/' in a row

And for whatever reason '/desktop/unity/launcher/favorites/favorites_list' contains an empty entry (I guess that explains the empty 'uid' which causes the warnings).
