I see this as well. We did a connman update to 0.55 yesterday, I'll find out what's wrong.

The problem is that the arguments for update-rc.d are wrong. Here's a patch for debian/rules which fixes it.

Oops, my bad, sorry!. I should have retested after I fixed the other typo to DEB_DH_INSTALLINIT_ARGS yesterday to make it create the postinst hook.
