clicking on "cancel" in launchpad login page does not trigger JS callback

Bug Description

If I click on "cancel" in the login screen in software-center (that directs me to the launchpad login page) I get the generic "Openid login failure" page. Instead it should (also) trigger a page title change to trigger the JS callback inside the software-center webkit window and transmit a "successful: False" and "user_cancelt: True".

tremolux noticed that this seemed to have regressed, with USC not detecting any js event... checking manually in a browser window confirms that there is a plain old template without any JS title change being rendered as attached.

Reopened to fix the regression. Regression seems to be due to the django-openid-auth 0.3 upgrade not playing along with our local modifications to the code.
We should add a test to avoid this relapsing again.

Setting back to fix released as I could not reproduce this (same with davmor2 and tremolux)
