Refers to "bug severity" when it should be "bug importance"

Bug Description

A couple of minor issues

System->Help->Ubuntu Packaging Guide -> Bugs-> Bug tips . At the bottom of the page, where discussing bug importances, "severity" is used (probably wasn't changed over when "severity" was dropped). Also, "major" importance does not exist, it is "high". Thanks.
