Please merge google-gadgets 0.11.2-3 from Debian Unstable

Misread changelog, thought there was a new binary, apparently not. Not sure if FFe is required, please let me know either way.

No, FFe isn't needed in this case, unsubscribing ubuntu-release.

    - put the whole BSD license text instead of referring to
      /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD, which is deprecated in Debian Policy

  * Change the Vcs-* headers to the new Git repository location.
  * Switch to format "3.0 (quilt)":
