Bug Description
Binary package hint: lxrandr
My monitor settings are lost after each restart.
Lxrandr keeps the most highest resolution, however it means the refresh frequency becomes to low.
I need to setup smallest resolution (and higher refresh frequency) after every restart.
It does not work even if I use sudo lxrandr.

Lubuntu 10.04
Linux ... 2.6.32-24-generic #41-Ubuntu SMP Thu Aug 19 01:12:52 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux

Thank you for your bug report. I can confirm this.
Unfortunately, lxrandr is not designed to save changes, it will need some work from upstream to achieve this.
