Bug Description
8.22 worked very well, but 9.23 crashes immediately at boot in a NULL pointer dereference in agp_generic_

Confirmed here, looking at the screenshot looks like the exact same problem (RIP is in agp_generic_ create_ gatt_table( )).
Athlon X2 3800+, ULi chipset motherboard. ATI 9600LE (r300) video card. This is my first upgrade to edgy on this machine though. All my other machines that run edgy are my new notebooks which are pci-e internally, and they seem to work fine.
2.6.17-8-generic boots fine.
