Bug Description
Binary package hint: vlc
I am using Dapper Drake Ubuntu.
Open VLC media player, play a sound or video file, then while the file is still playing, click the close button (the x) in the upper right-hand corner of the window. The sound continues playing, and there are no controls to stop it.
To end the sound, I have to open system monitor (graphically) and select view all processes in the view menu. Then I end the first process "WVLC." i end the second just to be sure. Thank you for your hard work. I appreciate everything that you are doing.
