qcomicbook installs:

drwxr-xr-x root/root 0 2006-09-29 12:20:46 ./usr/man/
drwxr-xr-x root/root 0 2006-09-29 12:20:51 ./usr/man/man1/
-rw-r--r-- root/root 3247 2006-09-29 12:20:46 ./usr/man/man1/qcomicbook.1.gz

This should be /usr/share/man, per the FHS.

qcomicbook (0.3.2-0ubuntu6) edgy; urgency=low

  * Brutally hack configure to install manual pages into /usr/share/man.
    (Malone: #62999)
