Middle mouse button don't work as expected

Bug Description
Middle mouse button in used for two things in Firefox:
1) when clicked on link, opens it in new tab
2) when clicked on unactive area, opens *URL currently stored in clipboard*
In Ubuntu 6.10 beta second action don't work.
