Can't use free space

Bug Description

I have the following partitions on my harddisk:
1 ntfs 28gb
2 free 0.22mb
3 ntfs 9.7gb
4 free 11gb
5 ext2 6gb
6 swap 1gb

I chose "use the largest amount of free space" instead of doing the partitions manually though. When it was supposed to install the system I got a dialog box with the message "no root file system".

Actually I don't think it should be able to add any more partitions to the disk. QtParted doesn't allow it either. So the installer should recognize this.

Could you please try this with the Feisty beta release? If it fails, could you please attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman to this bug, following the directions in http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUbiquity/AttachingLogs? Thanks in advance.
