Bug Description

The "My pages" block needs a paginator. Currently, all pages are displayed, but that can be a very long list.

And also be able to limit the number of pages displayed before the paginator comes into play as per bug #819080.

I've added a patch for this as part of my performance improvements work - as I don't think we can wait until a academy kid gets round to fixing it.
