ndiswrapper wrapper (sic) uses bashisms

Bug Description

/usr/sbin/ndiswrapper uses '/usr/sbin/ndiswrapper-[^b]*' which is a BASHism that doesn't work with dash. It needs to either use something portable or have a hash-bang of /bin/bash rather than /bin/sh
