Bug Description

Updates should be tranmitted as binary diffs. This is IMHO "no point of discussion".

- Not everyone has a highspeed network connection
- Especially a beta release has many updates
- Especially with a beta release you might install several times to test the install procedure

Yes. My suggestion is to integrate such a tool like rsync into the updater.
I.e. lower level tools providing such techniques are available (and _mature_), so why not integrate it?
I realize that this might have low priority, because in principle an update works with or w/o diffs. But it would be a great enhancement for people with low speed internet connection.

I dont know where to put suggestions for feature enhancements, please feel free to post this suggestion on my behalf to the right place.
