Bug Description

Linking CXX executable ../../../bin/gdcm2vtk
/usr/bin/ld: CMakeFiles/gdcm2vtk.dir/gdcm2vtk.cxx.o: undefined reference to symbol 'gdcm::ImageHelper::SetForceRescaleInterceptSlope(bool)'
/usr/bin/ld: note: 'gdcm::ImageHelper::SetForceRescaleInterceptSlope(bool)' is defined in DSO /build/buildd/gdcm-2.0.16/debian/build-python2.6/bin/libgdcmMSFF.so.2.0 so try adding it to the linker command line

Hmm just a few minor changes would be nicer

1. the changelog could be a bit more verbose

2. You could add patch tags/headers to your patch to make it informative

Attached patch with a more verbose changelog and added comments to the patch. For the future reference "I'm going to take care of this" under the list of things to fix means that you are going to fix them. At least that's how I understand it (which only shows that making yourself clear is important when working in multi-language projects :) ).
