Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

The current gnome-applets only depends on bonoboui due to the null applet, it should be ported to the new libpanel-applet library

It's now ported to use the new API, just waiting on some discussion with upstream about what to do in the applet, since it checks for old OAFIID's
