Add ability for apps to indicate progress through Launcher icon
Description:
Apps need the optional ability to indicate progress through the launcher. This ability could be used for say a browser to indicate download progress or a video editor to indicate rendering progress.

Just a status update.
The client side support has landed in libunity so any libunity costumer can now specify the relevant state on their launcher icon. The branch I just attached, lp:~unity-team/unity/launcher-api, implements the Unity side of things. The branch should be ready by tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
